yoga is this meditation based sort of exercise where you do a lot of breathing and stretching and it helps your mind not be all over the place
but it also makes your flexibility and core strength better
it's like one of the least dangerous ways to get in shape

It's a good idea. I don't think I'd be able to do much because I'm made of plastic.
